Redeemable for massage, yoga and fitness services. No cash value. Non-refundable. Non-reloadable. Blank certificates will not be accepted. Redemption value not to exceed purchase price. No expiration date, however, an inactivity fee of 25% of the value of the gift certificate will be charged one year from the date of purchase and will continue monthly at a rate of 10% of the balance of the gift certificate. $10.00 service fee to replace lost gift certificate.

In the event that the purchaser/recipient is unable or does not desire to redeem their gift certificate, they may transfer the gift certificate to another recipient. Original purchaser/recipient must contact Cherica Voyles to perform the transfer.
