NEW YEAR, NEW ADVENTURES!
Welcome 2021!! Happy New Year to you all!
I hope that you rang in the New Year with joy and expectation for a fantastic 2021! I wanted to share with you some changes in store for my practice this year! DON'T WAIT TO BOOK
Currently, I’m booking 3-4 weeks out with a few appointments here and there. If you are a regular client, don’t just book your next appointment, book the next 3 or 4. It’s easier to put you on the schedule and if something comes up you can cancel rather than trying to find an appointment for you. It’s less stress for you and me! If I do have an opening, I will post it to social media. Appointments will be on a first book, first serve basis. I have tried wait listing clients, but that has not been very successful.
POWER YOGA, BREATHWORK & FITNESS SERVICES
Don’t forget, in addition to massage I offer private power yoga, breathwork & fitness training! These services are available at my space inside MHM Family Gym, online via Facebook Messenger and Google Meet or as an outcall/home session. These sessions are an awesome way to maintain mobility, not to mention relieve some stress!
Private Power Yoga focuses on strengthening the core (also known as the trunk) while increasing endurance and stamina. There are no contortionist poses, only poses that make your stronger. Flexibility doesn’t move your body, strong muscles do and that’s what Power Yoga gives you! 60-minute sessions are available for $70.
Private Breathwork Training is a powerful technique that relieves stress and detoxifies the body. During your session you will learn multiple techniques that you can practice anytime to calm the body and mind. 30-minute sessions are only $25.
Private Fitness Training is fitness where your body is the machine. These 30 minute sessions are bodyweight focused or require minimal equipment. You can find the equipment on my website, just click on My Favorite Things. Private Fitness sessions are $30.
Also, weekly group yoga and kids yoga classes are on hold until the spring. Once the weather warms up I will offer outdoor group classes.
21-DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE
My 21-Day Fitness Challenge, the 10 Stone™ Series, starts today, January 4th! This is an online challenge to help you get moving again after the holidays. All you need is your body, a few pieces of equipment and a desire to thrive! For $10 a day you receive a workout in both video and written form, weekly phone or video meeting for accountability and support throughout the program. The best part about this program is that you can begin anytime, not just today. Once you sign up, you will receive access to the website portal with the video workouts and instructions. My current hours of operation are:
Tuesday: 12 PM – 3:00 PM & 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Wednesday:12 PM – 3:00 PM & 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Thursday: 9AM – 12 PM & 1:30 PM – 5 PM
Saturday: 9 AM - 12 PM & 1:30 PM – 5 PM
An after-hours fee of $40 will be applied to appointments outside of normal business hours.

Birthday parties are gearing up next door at Sluggerz Sports Academy. Since it can get a bit loud, I am reserving Saturday appointments from 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM for private yoga, private training or for clients who wish to book an outcall/home appointment. There is a $30 travel and set-up fee for outcall/home appointments.
MULTI-SESSION PACKAGES DISCONTINUED
I have decided to discontinue selling multi-session packages except during holidays. There is no rush to finish out your current package. I will email each client individually by the end of the week and let them know how many sessions are remaining and the terms and conditions of their package.
