THAI YOGA BODYWORK VINYASA
Thai Yoga Bodywork Vinyasa is assisted movements that extend and open the body while deeply relaxing the client. Opening and extending the body allows Qi to flow more freely. These sessions are both relaxing and therapeutic, incorporating assisted stretches, positional release therapy, muscle energy technique, soft tissue manipulation and joint mobilization.
THAI YOGA THERAPEUTIC BODYWORK
Deepen your Thai Yoga Bodywork practice with a therapeutic session. Flexibility is not required to receive the benefits, this work can be useful for all body types. Thai Yoga Therapeutic takes the body into deeper extension of the muscles and fascia allowing more mobility. This work is also effective for treating specific neuro-muscular injuries, including muscle pain, spasm, dysfunction and chronic tightness.
Sessions are typically 60 to 90 minutes long and cover the entire body. Shorter or longer sessions can be arranged. Please allow an extra half an hour for consultation and closure (no extra charge). Wear loose fitting and comfortable clothing and try not to eat too much before the session. Most of all, relax and enjoy!!!
