THAI YOGA BODYWORK
STRETCH & OPEN THE BODY
Thai Yoga Bodywork is typically practiced on a floor mat while fully clothed. These sessions are both relaxing and therapeutic, incorporating assisted stretches, positional release therapy, muscle energy technique, soft tissue manipulation and joint mobilization. Thai Yoga Bodywork begins to stretch and open the body while deeply relaxing the client.
Thai Yoga Bodywork is typically practiced on a heated floor mat while fully clothed. Flexibility is not required to receive the benefits, this work can be useful for all body types. This work is also effective for treating specific neuro-muscular injuries, including muscle pain, spasm, dysfunction and chronic tightness. Sessions are typically 60 to 90 minutes long and cover the entire body. Shorter or longer sessions can be arranged. Please allow an extra half an hour for consultation and closure (no extra charge). Wear loose fitting and comfortable clothing and try not to eat too much before the session. Most of all, relax and enjoy!!!
